Professor & Researcher at UTFPR.
I am a professor and researcher at the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR). I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, with an emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR), obtained through the Academic Doctorate for Innovation (DAI) program in partnership with the company UpFlux. I completed a postdoctoral fellowship funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), working on a project focused on biometric analysis of newborns. I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UTFPR, with an emphasis on Dynamical Systems, with research in modeling and control of Discrete Event Systems. I hold a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data from the University of São Paulo (USP). I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from UTFPR, including a sandwich program at Pennsylvania State University, and completed a research internship at the Department of Computer Science at New York University (NYU), USA.
